Impossible de se connecter : "Erreur de connexion". Le mot de passe est correcte mais cel ne marche pas deja depuis plusieurs semaines. Impossible de faire un declaration sur le site web non plus... Si le probleme n est pas vite resolu, je vais commencer a reflechir a changer d assurance sante.
Mauvaise, l' app serait un outil très pratique si elle fonctionnait. La plus instable et lente jamais téléchargée !!!

App ask everytime to be updated. Never work. Useless
Extremely basic/deficient. The app does not offer any advantage really: no possibility of traking docs submitted (personal folders etc..), no link to email, no chat option, no pre filled forms such as pre approval online forms, request for reimbursement online forms etc.). Does not improve anything compared to the regular email comm. As good as useless.
Application very slow, even with updates, and sometimes not working
L'application est vraiment médiocre ; on ne peut pas envoyer plusieurs documents en même temps, on ne peut pas joindre des photos du téléphone etc.. Dommage car c'est une bonne assurance.
